Property Manager guests are welcome to attend at the non-member luncheon rate. We limit vendor attendance at our luncheons to our Friends of IREM.

Do I have to be an IREM member to take classes?

Following are the local & national dues as of 2013
CPM $250 locally & $555 nationally
Candidates $250 locally & $495 nationally
ARM $50 locally & $210 nationally
Associates $210 payable to national with no additional local dues
Student $ 40 payable to national with no additional local dues
ACoM $200 payable to national with no additional local dues
