REstart Program San Diego
REstart is a program of the Bobby Jo Lewis Foundation leading to careers in property
management. It offers training, mentoring and job placement assistance for participants
who have been caught up in a cycle of poverty, substance abuse, and domestic
violence. But more than this, the REstart program offers its graduates restored faith,
renewed confidence, and reclaimed self-respect.
REstart brings families home again.
The program also benefits our members who are in the multi-family
management business by providing them with motivated and committed
candidates who are trained, mentored over a three month period by our
own ARM members, and ready to be placed on-site on a small to medium
sized apartment building.
